Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. The product must also be returned in exactly the same condition as it was delivered, including all original bags, packaging materials, and with the same folding and presentation. Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused.

Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Return shipping fees must be paid by the customer, and the customer is responsible for ensuring that the item is returned safely.

To request a return, please contact us at info@sabilmodesty.se. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the item you currently have and, once your return has been approved, place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
