Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.
Return Costs
The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. The cost of return shipping must be paid by the customer, and the customer is responsible for ensuring the item is returned safely.
To request a return, please contact us at info@sabilmodesty.se. Once your return has been approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
Exceptions
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have and, once the return has been approved, place a new order separately.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
